Full Terms & Conditions
1. This Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain, excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, aged 18 or over who are the parent/legal guardian of a child aged between five and sixteen, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. Purchase is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the recipients to claim their Gift. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
3. Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.
4. Enter between 00:01 BST on 1 May 2024 and 23:59 GMT on 9 December 2024 inclusive.
5. To Claim:
a. Purchase a Participating Product (see clause 6), scan the QR code or visit CapriSunSportsSession.com and either sign in if you already have an account or register an account with your details (name, email address, password).
b. You will then be directed to a claim page, submit your claim details (last six digits of your unique Capri-Sun barcode, date of purchase and retailer purchased from).
c. Once your claim has been verified, you can then browse and choose the session you would like to book. Once selected, a unique voucher for your chosen session will be emailed to you.
6. Participating Products:
a. Capri-Sun Orange 4x200ml, 8x200ml and 15x200ml
b. Capri-Sun Blackcurrant 8x200ml
c. Capri-Sun Tropical 4x200ml and 8x200ml
d. Capri-Sun ZERO Sugar Orange 4x200ml, 8x200ml and 15x200ml
e. Capri-Sun ZERO Sugar Apple & Blackcurrant 8x200ml
7. Maximum of 1 Gift claimed per person per week during the Promotion Period. One itemised receipt per entry receipt must state the time and date of purchase, which must pre-date the entry date and time, but be within the Promotion Period.
8. The Gift: Each valid claimant will receive 1 x voucher for one free sports session at a Participating Outlet. Sports sessions are subject to availability.
9. Further Gift Details and Conditions:
a. Once claims have been validated, recipients will be emailed their unique voucher and details on how to book their session.
b. A list of sports sessions on offer at the participating outlets can be found here: https://caprisunsportssession.com/Home/About
c. The sports session will be for 1 child aged between five to sixteen only.
d. Recipients will be able to view the list of venues and activities and choose their preferred option. Some venues will offer taster sessions and others will provide coaching sessions in exchange for the claim. Please contact the club directly for details on the session.
e. Depending on the sport and venue chosen, sessions may vary in length. Please see the individual session page for details.
f. Once you have selected the activity of your choice, recipients must confirm their details and will automatically receive an email with the digital voucher and instructions on how to redeem with the individual sports club.
g. The voucher is valid until 16 December 2024, after which it will become invalid.
h. The voucher is valid for one sports session only.
i. Each child will only be able to use a voucher at a specific venue once. A child will not be able to revisit the same venue with a different voucher.
j. A parent or legal guardian may book up to a maximum of two sessions, one per child, at any one venue.
k. Age and physical ability restrictions may apply to certain sports sessions. Please check the individual session’s restrictions before choosing the session.
l. Individual terms and conditions apply for each activity and form part of these Terms and Conditions. The list of venues remains subject to change.
m. Vouchers are specifically for children between the ages of 5 and 16 only and must be accompanied by an adult to the session. Please see your chosen venue’s full T&Cs for full details and age restrictions in relation to specific activities.
n. Participating venues reserve the right to change business hours. The activity might not be available at some venues due to seasonality. Each activity is subject to promotional availability.
o. Participants are required to contact the venue to book their entry in advance and confirm at the point of booking that they have a Capri-Sun free sport session voucher.
p. Neither the Promoter nor Administrator can accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced. Original vouchers only will be accepted, and photocopies will be rejected. Vouchers must be redeemed upon entry and cannot be used more than once.
q. The cost of travel to and from the customer’s chosen venue and all other costs and expenses incurred, including, but not limited to, additional tickets, food and drink are excluded from the offer.
r. Vouchers are not for re-sale, cannot be auctioned or exchanged and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
s. If certain venues are not suitable or of interest for the customer, these cannot be exchanged with an alternative offer.
t. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
u. Certain parts of the Gift may require particular levels of health or fitness. Claimants should ensure that they are capable of meeting the required standards.
v. The Promoter / Administrator accept no responsibility for any claims that are incomplete, misdirected, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed or fail to reach the Administrator and any such claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
w. Any queries regarding the redemption of your Capri-Sun free sports session should be directed to the customer support team on telephone number 0333 996 6200 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday or sent via email to [email protected].
10. The Promoter may request that the recipients participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Gift Acceptance.
11. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your claim(s) (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Gift awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
a. Verify the eligibility of claimants and/or provisional recipients through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Claim or a Gift may be withheld until verification is completed.
b. Disqualify claims that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
c. Disqualify bulk claims from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete claims and claims submitted by macros or other automated means.
d. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
e. Disqualify claimants who tamper with the entry process.
f. Disqualify claims which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
g. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
12. We reserve the right to monitor claims made for the purpose of protecting our website against false or fraudulent activity. By using our website and submitting claims, you consent to such monitoring. We may investigate any suspicious claim made and take appropriate action, including but not limited to verification procedures and potential suspension or termination of your account, if we suspect fraudulent or deceptive activity. We also reserve the right to disclose information obtained through such monitoring to relevant authorities or third parties as necessary to protect our interests, comply with legal obligations, or prevent harm to others.
13. The Gifts are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Gifts are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Gift for another of equal or greater value.
14. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to CapriSunSportsSession.com.
15. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS14371) or accepting or using the/a Gift(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
16. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
17. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available here: https://caprisunsportssession.com/Home/Privacy.
18. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
19. By claiming, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
20. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
21. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
